FAQs

Is it really worth the money to have a repairman out to service my appliances?

Yes, if you have any high dollar appliances that are broken and it’s not in your budget to buy a new one, you would certainly benefit by calling us in.

Couldn’t I just fix the appliance myself?

You could, but since there are a lot of electrical components and some heating elements in each appliance, small or big, if your appliance is not reassembled properly, you could end up doing more damage than good. This in turn could be a hazard risk for you and your family. It’s best to call in the professionals if you’re unsure.

Are you able to replace any of my filters, drain my refrigerator or other services of this nature?

Yes, we are available for these types of service calls as well as appliance repair work. The same prices apply for these situations.

Does it matter what type of outlet my appliance is plugged into?

Yes, it matters a great deal. Every appliance has a regulated voltage requirement and if the appliance does not receive that amount of voltage it won’t work properly or could become overheated. In either case, if you are not operating your appliance on the proper voltage you are placing your household at risk.

How often should I have my dryer vents cleaned?

You should have your dryer vents cleaned at least annually. Although you clean the lint trap after every load of clothes you dry, you still need to check the vent tube to make sure lint hasn’t built up inside.

Are you able to repair floor fans, humidifiers and floor lamps?

Yes, we are able to repair most small appliances in this category.

I live in between Midland and Bay City. Do you service my area?

Yes, we make service calls to Midland and the surrounding Tri-Cities area.

The right burner on my stove isn’t boiling water like it used to. Would you be able figure out the problem?

Yes, in most cases this could be a quick fix, but we will have to see your stove first before we can move forward with a solution.

What information do you need from me before you come out to make a repair?

Thank you for asking! We would appreciate as much information as possible. This includes: Make and Model of appliance, serial number (if accessible), and what problem you seem to be having in detail. The more information we have up front, the quicker we might be able to diagnose the problem.
